Independent technology advisory. Provider-funded — no fees to you.

Independent technology advisory

Start with one bill. We will show you the rest.

We are an independent technology advisor for small and mid-sized business. Most engagements start somewhere small — an analog line audit, a circuit renewal, a phone system nobody wants to own — and grow from there. Our compensation comes from the provider you select, so the advisory costs you nothing and your price is the same or better than going direct.

  • No cost to you, ever
  • Every provider quoted, not one line card
  • We stay on the account after install

What do you need quoted?

Pick one. Two more questions and you are done. Or send a bill and we will work it out for you.

Typical turnaround: 48 hours from request to a real comparison.

Compelling event — happening now

The copper under your building is being switched off.

The FCC removed the old replacement-adequacy protections in March 2026, and carriers moved immediately. AT&T has approval covering roughly 90,000 customers across 18 states — North Carolina among them — effective 15 November 2026. Lumen has issued grandfathering notices in 14 states. The lines still sitting on copper are rarely desk phones. They are the ones nobody thinks about until they stop working.

  • Elevator emergency phones
  • Fire alarm panels
  • Burglar alarm dialers
  • Fax, gate callboxes, card terminals

FCC dockets 25-208 / 25-209, adopted 26 March 2026. Ask us for the filing references — you should check them rather than take our word for it.

Our team on your team

A technology advisory firm, not a reseller.

We sit on your side of the table, source across the entire supplier market, and stay accountable through implementation and the life of the contract.

  • 200+ provider relationships
  • 48 hrs typical quote turnaround
  • $0 advisory cost to you

We quote 140+ suppliers head to head. Here are some of them.

What we quote

Five lines we hunt. Everything else we still handle.

These are the projects where an independent advisor changes the outcome most — because the market is fragmented, the pricing is opaque, and the wrong sequence costs you months.

Elevator, fire, alarm, and fax lines off dying copper before the carrier pulls it.

  • A full analog line inventory — every BTN, every circuit ID, what it terminates to, and what it costs you today.
  • Code review: which lines are mandated by elevator and fire alarm standards and therefore cannot simply be cancelled.
  • Migration to managed cellular or VoIP endpoints with battery backup, line supervision, and monitored connectivity.

Hosted voice, SIP trunking, contact center, and POTS replacement.

  • Side-by-side quotes across the major UCaaS platforms — RingCentral, Nextiva, Vonage, Zoom, Dialpad, 8x8, GoTo, CallTower and more — priced on your actual seat mix.
  • Number porting managed end to end, including the carrier fights nobody warns you about.
  • POTS replacement for elevators, fire panels, alarm circuits, and fax at a fraction of copper pricing.

DIA, Ethernet private line, point-to-point, and broadband with SLA.

  • Address-level serviceability check across every carrier in the building or on the street.
  • Apples-to-apples quotes: bandwidth, term, SLA, install interval, and any construction contribution shown line by line.
  • Diverse-path and carrier-diverse designs when downtime has a dollar figure attached.

New construction, franchise rollouts, and multi-location standardization.

  • A single standardized site template — circuit, firewall, switching, wireless, voice, POS, cabling — replicated across every location.
  • Circuit ordering sequenced against the construction schedule so carrier intervals stop being the critical path.
  • One project manager coordinating carriers, low-voltage, POS, and your GC.

Voice agents, chat agents, and workflow automation with governance.

  • Voice agents that answer, qualify, and book — with a clean human handoff when it matters.
  • Website and SMS chat agents trained on your service catalog and pricing logic.
  • Back-office automation: intake, quoting, follow-up sequences, and CRM hygiene.

MDR, EDR, SOC-as-a-service, email security, and compliance.

  • Managed detection and response with a real SOC watching around the clock.
  • Endpoint and identity protection deployed and tuned, not just licensed.
  • Email security and phishing simulation, because that is still the front door.

Who we do this for

The rooms where technology gets decided late.

These are the businesses where nobody owns the technology scope until it becomes the critical path — and where an independent advisor changes the outcome most.

Multi-unit restaurant & retail groups

Opening locations faster than the technology stack can be standardised. POS, payments, connectivity, and cabling scoped as one repeatable build.

Developers, GCs & property teams

Technology scope owned from drawings forward, so carrier intervals stop turning into schedule slips nobody budgeted for.

Medical, dental & veterinary groups

Multi-site connectivity and voice with the compliance boundary defined up front rather than discovered during an audit.

Franchise operators

One standardised site template every franchisee can deploy, with centralised billing and a single escalation path.

Professional services firms

Legacy phone systems at end of life, POTS lines being repriced, and nobody internally who wants to own the migration.

MSPs & IT consultants

You own the client relationship. We handle the carrier fights, the quoting desk, and the lines you do not want to contract for directly.

AI, actually deployed

This is not a chatbot. Try it.

A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes action — it understands the request, pulls the right information, and moves the job forward. What you are about to use is the same pattern we deploy on client phone lines and websites. Ask it something real.

Forge live demo

Online — answers in under a second

Hi — I am Forge, the AI agent for this site. Tell me what you are working on and I will tell you exactly how we would scope it. Try "our copper lines are being discontinued" or "review my phone bill".

What we deploy for clients

  • Voice agents

Answer, qualify, and book — then hand to a human with full context instead of a cold transfer.

  • Site & SMS agents

Trained on your catalog and pricing logic, capturing intent instead of collecting an email address.

  • Back-office automation

Intake, quoting, follow-up sequences, and CRM hygiene that runs whether anyone remembers or not.

  • Governance

Roughly 80% of workforces already use unmanaged AI with company data. We put a governed workspace around it.

See how we deploy it

How it works

Four steps. You do the first one.

No discovery fee, no proposal deck, no six-week evaluation. We move at the speed of your project because we get paid when it goes live, not when it gets studied.

  1. 01

    Scope

We get the addresses, the headcount, the timeline, and what is already in place. Twenty minutes on a call, not a discovery engagement you pay for.

    Day 1
  2. 02

    Source

We run it against every supplier who can actually serve your address — serviceability, pricing, install intervals, and any construction contribution, in writing.

    48 hours
  3. 03

    Build

We manage the order, the carrier, the low-voltage crew, and the cutover schedule. You get one project manager and one status update, not four vendors pointing at each other.

    Through go-live
  4. 04

    Stay

When it breaks, you call us and we escalate through the channel. When your contract comes up, we re-shop it. This is the part carrier reps do not do.

    Life of the contract

Multi-unit & new construction

Order circuits at drawings, not at drywall.

Carrier install intervals run 90 to 180 days. Construction schedules do not care. The single most expensive mistake in a multi-site rollout is treating technology as a punch-list item — and it is entirely avoidable if someone owns the scope from the drawings forward.

  • One standardized site template replicated across every location — circuit, firewall, switching, wireless, voice, POS, cabling.
  • Circuit ordering sequenced against the construction schedule so the carrier never becomes the critical path.
  • One project manager across carriers, low-voltage, POS, and your GC.
  • As-built documentation and test results for every site, handed to you at closeout.

Where technology belongs in the schedule

Drawings Serviceability check + circuit order placed
Permit / demo Low-voltage design, pathway coordination with GC
Rough-in Cable pulled, IDF located, conduit verified
Finish Terminate, certify, rack build, AP mount
Circuit delivery Carrier turn-up — on schedule because it was ordered first
Open POS live, voice ported, failover tested, as-builts delivered

Get a real comparison

Three questions. Forty-eight hours. No cost.

You will not get a generic brochure back. You will get the providers who actually serve your address, priced side by side, with install intervals and any construction cost disclosed up front.

What do you need?

Pick everything that applies.

Where, and how big?

This is what lets us check which carriers actually reach you.

A full address gets you a serviceability answer instead of a range.

How many locations?
When do you need it live?
Where do we send it?

One person reads this. No list, no drip, no sales floor.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks before they call.

What does this cost me?

Nothing. No retainer, no discovery fee, no markup on provider pricing, and no separate agreement to sign with us. Our compensation comes from the provider you select, and that cost of sale is already inside their pricing whether you use an advisor or not. Your price through us is the same or better than going direct.

How are you different from a carrier rep?

A provider rep can only sell you their provider, and they rotate territories roughly every year. We are compensated on the same basis regardless of which provider you choose, so the recommendation you get is the one we would make if no compensation existed. And because most of what we earn is residual, it continues only while you remain a customer — which keeps us on your account long after the sale. If you want to know what we earn on your specific deal, ask us on the call and we will tell you.

Are you big enough to handle our rollout?

The install crews, the carriers, and the NOC are the same ones a national integrator would use — we source them through a supplier network with over a thousand providers. What you get from us that you do not get from a large integrator is a named person who answers the phone and actually knows your project.

We already have a provider we like.

Good. Keep them if they are competitive. Send us the invoice and we will tell you plainly whether the pricing is fair for the current market. If it is, we will say so — that is a five-minute conversation and it costs you nothing. If it is not, you decide what to do with that.

How fast can you actually move?

Quotes come back in about 48 hours. Install intervals are carrier-controlled — typically 30 to 60 days for lit buildings and 90 to 180 for anything requiring construction. We disclose that interval before you sign rather than after, which is the part that usually goes wrong.

What happens after the install?

You call us, not a support queue. We escalate through the channel, which moves considerably faster than a retail support line. We also re-shop your contracts at renewal instead of letting them roll over at last cycle's price, which is where most businesses quietly overpay.

Do you work outside your home market?

Yes. Connectivity, voice, POS, security, and AI are sourced nationally. Physical low-voltage work is delivered through vetted local partners under our scope and schedule, which is how a multi-state rollout stays standardized instead of becoming twelve different builds.

Is the AI capability real or a slide?

Real — the agent on this page is running live against our actual service catalog, and it is the same pattern we deploy on client phone lines and websites. Start with one agent on one workflow, measure the before and after, and expand once it is proven.

For advisors & agents

Build a book you actually own.

If you already have relationships — IT consultants, MSPs, GCs, commercial realtors, insurance and payroll producers, anyone who is in the room when a business opens a location — you are leaving residual income on the table every time you refer that work away for free.

Come under our agency. You get the full supplier network, back-office quoting and order management, engineering support on your calls, and a commission stream that keeps paying long after the deal closes. We handle the paperwork and the carrier fights. You handle the relationship.

  • Residual, not one-and-done

Upfront plus ongoing monthly commission for the life of the contract.

  • The whole supplier network

Connectivity, voice, POS, cloud, security, mobility, AI, and energy under one agreement.

  • Back office included

Quoting, contracts, order management, and commission validation done for you.

  • Engineers on your calls

You never have to be the technical expert. Bring us in and we cover it.
