Free — no obligation, no meeting required

Send us one bill. We will tell you what you are actually paying for.

Most businesses have line items on their telecom invoice that nobody can explain — analog lines nobody uses, circuits from an office they left, contracts that quietly auto-renewed at last cycle's price. We read the bill line by line and send you a plain-English breakdown. No sales call required to get it.

  • Zombie lines. Analog lines, circuits and seats billing every month for something nobody uses.
  • Copper exposure. Which of your lines sit on copper the carrier is retiring, and which of those are code-mandated.
  • Contract dates. When each agreement ends and when the cancellation window actually closes — usually earlier than people think.
  • Rate benchmark. What comparable service costs in your market right now, so you know whether you are being treated fairly.
  • Billing errors. They are more common than you would like, and they are usually recoverable.

If your pricing is already fair, we will say so and leave you alone. That is a real outcome and it happens regularly. We would rather be the person you call in three years than waste your afternoon today.

How it works

Four steps, and only one of them is yours.

  1. 01

    You send one bill

A recent invoice — PDF, photo of the paper copy, or a portal export. Whatever is easiest.

    Two minutes
  2. 02

    We read every line

Each charge identified, each circuit traced, each contract date pulled. We flag what we cannot identify rather than guessing.

    2–3 days
  3. 03

    You get the breakdown

Plain English. What each line does, what it costs, what is retiring, what is renewable, and what the market rate looks like.

    By day 3
  4. 04

You decide, or you do not

Act on it with us, act on it yourself, or file it. No follow-up sequence, no pressure. The report is yours either way.

Fair questions

What people ask before sending a bill to a stranger

What is the catch?

There is not one, but here is the honest incentive: if the audit finds something worth fixing, we would like to be the ones who fix it. Our compensation comes from the provider you select, not from you. If nothing is worth fixing, we tell you and we have spent a couple of hours for nothing — which is a cost we are willing to carry because a fair share of these turn into a relationship later.

Do I have to switch anything?

No. A meaningful number of these audits end with "your pricing is competitive, stay where you are." That is a legitimate result and we will put it in writing.

Is my billing information safe?

We only need the service and charge detail. Redact account numbers and payment details before you send it — we do not need them and would rather not hold them. Your information is never sold or shared, and it only goes to a provider if you ask us to quote one.

Will this turn into a sales sequence?

No drip campaign. We send the findings, we answer questions if you have them, and if you go quiet we leave you alone. You can ask us to delete your details at any point and we will.

How many bills can I send?

Send everything if you like — phone, internet, wireless, and any circuit invoices. More bills means a more useful picture, particularly across multiple locations where the same service is often bought four different ways at four different prices.
