Straight answers

The questions everyone asks before they call.

What does this cost me?

Nothing. No retainer, no discovery fee, no markup on provider pricing, and no separate agreement to sign with us. Our compensation comes from the provider you select, and that cost of sale is already inside their pricing whether you use an advisor or not. Your price through us is the same or better than going direct.

How are you different from a carrier rep?

A provider rep can only sell you their provider, and they rotate territories roughly every year. We are compensated on the same basis regardless of which provider you choose, so the recommendation you get is the one we would make if no compensation existed. And because most of what we earn is residual, it continues only while you remain a customer — which keeps us on your account long after the sale. If you want to know what we earn on your specific deal, ask us on the call and we will tell you.

Are you big enough to handle our rollout?

The install crews, the carriers, and the NOC are the same ones a national integrator would use — we source them through a supplier network with over a thousand providers. What you get from us that you do not get from a large integrator is a named person who answers the phone and actually knows your project.

We already have a provider we like.

Good. Keep them if they are competitive. Send us the invoice and we will tell you plainly whether the pricing is fair for the current market. If it is, we will say so — that is a five-minute conversation and it costs you nothing. If it is not, you decide what to do with that.

How fast can you actually move?

Quotes come back in about 48 hours. Install intervals are carrier-controlled — typically 30 to 60 days for lit buildings and 90 to 180 for anything requiring construction. We disclose that interval before you sign rather than after, which is the part that usually goes wrong.

What happens after the install?

You call us, not a support queue. We escalate through the channel, which moves considerably faster than a retail support line. We also re-shop your contracts at renewal instead of letting them roll over at last cycle's price, which is where most businesses quietly overpay.

Do you work outside your home market?

Yes. Connectivity, voice, POS, security, and AI are sourced nationally. Physical low-voltage work is delivered through vetted local partners under our scope and schedule, which is how a multi-state rollout stays standardized instead of becoming twelve different builds.

Is the AI capability real or a slide?

Real — the agent on this page is running live against our actual service catalog, and it is the same pattern we deploy on client phone lines and websites. Start with one agent on one workflow, measure the before and after, and expand once it is proven.
